    (re)installing Win XP

I read tutorial on W7F about dual boot by installing XP after the W7. The instructions are full of exceptions, showing that care one should have. It's very troubling, especially considering that the periodic re-installing XP requires (once a year). I wonder if there is a program (a boot loader ?), regardless of W7 and XP, can accept multiple OS's, even reinstalled often.

Does it exists or is it just a dream?...

Well, if you are going to reinstall a lot of programs, why not simply install xp first and then install windows 7?
I'm gonna go read the tutorial right now and see what these exceptions are. As far as i know, I think all you have to do is install xp and then use the windows 7 repair disk to revert the bootloader to windows 7's.
