oleaut32.dll could not be opened in windows 7

Please help me, oleaut32.dll could not be opened shown in windows 7 when I install a vernacular software (bengali language writing software)
please help me sir. I am in trouble, I attached the image of this problem.

please help me as soon as possible

Welcome!

Try running the installer with administrative rights. Right-click on the program and select Run as Administrator.

sir, it still show the same problem.thanx for ur reply but please help me to survive from it. I attached some images of this problem clearly and plz see the background of the popup I mean see the installer-something 'copying visual basic runtime' shows.

Try taking ownership of the file.

It seems to be a permissions issue, but it may be something a little bigger.

@suman888,

Maybe you can try this:
Start pc in safe mode
Delete the file oleaut32.dl in folder Windows\system32\
Download VBRUN60.exe from MS
Run the file and reboot

Report back if this helped you!
