    Perhaps before jumping ahead with a 64bit OS you should do some *reading* as to the differences between a 32bit OS and a 64bit OS - There are going to be numerous ones, including the duality of Program Files (note that 32bit programs install in (X86) while 64bit programs install in the regular Program Files, and you'll find dual versions of both IE and WiMP....
