Sharepoint Login problem after upgrade to Windows 7068

I upgraded from 7057 to 7068 version of Windows 7.

After the upgrade, my Sharepoint Designer 2007 is unable to open remote website on front page enabled IIS Server.
Also, I am unable to ftp to the site.

This was an upgrade, so all the installed programs were available after the upgrade. All other programs seem to be working fine.

Is there some sort of problem with Windows security...?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Do you need to re-install SharePoint?

It's possible the firewall settings were reset during the upgrade. Check to see if the ports the program uses aren't blocked.

Also check your antivirus .... some AV's have protection against unknown websites.
