It uses the F11 key at boot to trigger Recovery partition. Try rebooting and tapping that key.

Guys!

Just wanna start off by saying a BIG THANK YOU to all who replyed!!!

Means alot..

after a bit of googling.. and burning disks etc...

If you need to run Packard Bell Recover Management with currept hard drive...

Hold ALT and keep tapping F10!

Work for me! just waiting to see if it fixes the problem!
