I've been reading up on dynamic volumes, and while they are interesting, I wonder if they are actually used in the real world, and if so, more by enterprises than individuals? What's your experience, and do you see big advantages to them? Thanks.

I'm pretty sure I'm in the wrong category :o but I have a question. In the screen shot, what is the pqservice? And do I have to have that? Also, see in the New Volume, that little sliver? It says its empty, and if I delete it, after a few days it's back. Is that strange? I have several...

I've just installed Windows 7. I have 3 hard drives. Windows 7 installed drive (C Drive), Data Drive (F drive) and a media drive (D. I accidently changed F drive from a basic to dynamic disc (not sure if this has any bearing on my isssue) For some reason the C and F drive are system drives....
