Dual Booting Windows 7 & XP

    Hi guys,

I am currently using Windows 7 but have had to install Windows XP due to some programs not working with Windows 7. I have fully installed Windows XP but at start up it does not give me an option to choose between the two and automatically loads up XP. Is there anyway i can sort this out.

Thanks for your help in advance.

    Welcome!

See this tutorial: Dual Boot Installation with Windows 7 and XP

You can also try running a Startup Repair on Windows 7. If the repair doesn't work, try setting the 7 partition as active: https://www.sevenforums.com/installat...-problems.html

    Hope this helps,

Mark Win7 active, boot the Win7 DVD Repair console, click through to recovery tools list, run Startup Repair up to 3 separate times with reboots until 7 starts.

Then install EasyBCD 2.0 after quick registration to use beta. Add XP on Add/remove tab, accept boot files offered, Save and restart.
