7077 x86 - Select different SKU Home Basic

Hi all,

Wonder if I'm doing something really daft but can't seem to install different versions of Windows 7 based on 7077 build e.g. Home Basic, Professional.

I donwloaded 7077 and have installed on a Vmware Workstation 6.5 VM, this allowed me to select the Professional SKU. Also trying to install 7077 on HP laptop and Samsung Netbook both machine are automatically installing Utlimate SKI and dont give me the option of other SKU's on install.

7077 installed via USB hard drive and DVD same issue
7077 ran from XP on Samsung, 7068 on laptop and boot off USB on HP.
I have also formatted drives prior to install.

I must be something daft here!

Anybody else having the same issues?

Many thanks

Dave

Delete /sources/ei.cfg from the ISO and it will give you the option to choose which version, but you can only activate ultimate.
