Windows 7: Dual Boot Ubuntu. and 7 Home Premium

Windows 7 Ultimate (64-bit)
Dual Boot Ubuntu. and 7 Home Premium

Ok, yall, hows it going? Here is what I am after, I want to dual boot Ubuntu from an external HD along with Windows 7 on my primary HD. BUT, I want to either use a good 3rd party boot manager that is easy to install or the Windows Boot Manager. The way it is working now, is to boot I have to plug in the external drive and then it takes GRUB forever to load. So I want something that will install on my internal laptop drive, (the win 7 drive). I have the Asus factory restore disks that came with the laptop and I have an ISO of win 7 ultimate. Currently I am running Win 7 Home Premium, that was what was on it when I bought it and hadn't wiped all the crapware off of it yet and did a fresh install of 7. But any help with this would be appreciated. I've been googling this problem since last night. I don't know if I am typing in the right thing or what, but so far I haven't found the info I wanted.

Thanks Again,
