    Windows 7 installation problem

I am currently using xp 64. i tried to install windows 7 32 bit by booting from dvd. the installation stops after the "starting windows" screen. i get a blank page without any options such as select drive to install. the prob exists with vista. i hav already installed wit the same dvd in other pcs.
My config: AMD Phenom X3 8650
    ASUS M2N68-AM board
1 GB Transcend ram (667 Mhz)
    Any Suggestions????

try to install from desktop, and if it does not work, it could be because you don't have the necessary specs for windows 7...but try to install from desktop

Did you format your drive, you cannot go from 64bit to 32bit without formatting your drive. You need a clean install on a 'new' drive to do that.
