Hello Solbadguy, welcome to the Seven Forums.

Language packs and the option to change the Windows language are only available in Windows 7 Ultimate and Enterprise editions.

Hello Xenio, welcome to the Seven Forums.

You can download and install Windows 7 Language Packs only if you have Ultimate or Enterprise edition of Windows 7. There is no legal way to install language packs on Professional.

If you really need Windows 7 in English, you can download 7 Enterprise ISO 90 day Trial version here: Windows 7 Enterprise | Trial, Evaluation, Test, Download. It is as the name says a trial version, it works 90 days. After that you have to buy an Ultimate or Enterprise licence to use it further.
