I had a BAD file on my Windows 7 upgrade disk. So I have had a lot of trouble with my windows programs. I made recover CD's. Now I have a NEW Windows 7 upgrade CD and I have reinstalled everything. But I need a NEW set with Recover CD's with windows files that have been fixed. It will not let me do it again. I need some help getting s new set of recovery CD's.

Why don't you image your system. I think that would be the easiest solution. You can image to DVDs although an external disk is easier. But for a first image, DVDs may be the safest route. Figure that you need about 55% of the space of your current system on C - and each DVD holds 4.7GBs (unless they are Blue Ray).

MS Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 64-bit

WIN key | Control Panel | Backup & Restore | Create a system image (look in the left-hand navigation pane)

I suggest using an external usb drive for backup to avoid having a pile of DVDs.

After backing up, then choose the other option over there in that left-hand pane, namely, Create a System Repair Disk.

You will be glad that you have that System Repair Disk if you ever have any problems.
