    install vs 2008


    hi ,
    i was trying to install my vs2008 and i didnt make it and didnt find the answer for this one ....the out put error is :


    "this computer does not meet the requirements to install this software"
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------
    Requirements and software prerequirements:

    windows xp service pack 2 update information
    you must install this service pack to complete installation .


    the end .... ^^ i use win 7 -32Bit
    and i tried the compatibility option for my user and for all users ...
    and i tried this line in the cmd :
    "reg delete HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\SQMClient\Windows\DisabledSessions /va /f"
    nothing helped ....

    You are so right Pebbly. Its a free site, it will determine if the software is compatible. If it is we can try to help. If it is not it will have to be replaced.
