    Installing LPs


    Im taking French and am going to install the French LP on my system for practice. Will installing it slow down my computer even when its not enabled?

    PS: Its an LIP (my bad) since im on Windows 7 Home Premium x64.

    No, it won't slow your computer down to have multiple language packs installed.

    Ok, but do you know where I can find them? I only see the MUI LPs, not an LIP that I can use on Windows 7 HP.

    language packs are only available for enterprise and ultimate im afraid

    When i tried to install, it said it doesnt support MUI language packs, but supports the installation of LIPs.
