Multiple picture directories. Pictures, My Pictures.

How can I remove all references to subdirectory MyPictures on my C:\ drive?

Last year I did a clean install of Windows 7 Enterprise. I then copied my data files to the C:\ Drive. These directories and files were created with XP Professional so my photo files were under My Pictures\2010.

In the Library view I have Pictures\My Pictures\2010

In the Computer view I see C:\Users\Russell\My Pictures\2010
    .
I used SyncBack SE to backup my files to the F:\drive.

SB SE converts references to subdirectory My Picture to Pictures. Some how I now have some files backed up on two directories:

    F:\Users\Russell\Pictures
    F:\Users\Russell\My Pictures.

    Ryo,

The tutorial is excellent, although in my case I only needed to rename My Pictures to Pictures. Months of frustration melted away in 10 minutes.

    Thanks.

I will add to your reputation.
