Can no longer download my W7 upgrade?
I bought the Windows 7 student upgrade all the way back in October, but I never downloaded it or activated it.
Now I finally wanted to upgrade, but when I go to the link I got when I purchased the upgrade I get this message:
"Sorry, It is too late to download this file. You were allowed to download within 30 days. If you have any questions, please contact Digital River Customer Service at CustomerServices@digitalriver.com."
Now, I did buy the Installation DVD with it, which I don't have with me to test out, but will I at least still be able to upgrade using the DVD they sent me along with the original product key without a problem?
There's no way I'm paying for another key when I bought the upgrade from them before and never ever attempted to download or activate it.
Thanks for the help!
