Apple Eula specifically states that it's intended only to be run on apple hardware. Thus, it's a violation of the end user license agreement to use it on anything else.

You should contact DarkNovaGamer (Windows 7 Forums - View Profile: DarkNovaGamer) before you buy it. He is OS X expert , and can advise you about your hardware. But dont go for a public discussion, PM him.

Apple doesn't care if you do this. I personally phoned them and asked them. They just don't like people who are creating them and selling them. They won't do anything if they catch you unless you do something to make them mad. It's still not worth it though because of all the problems you will have finding drivers and stuff like that.

as for the EULA, just stick one of those apple stickers that everything that comes out of Cupertino comes with.
as for installing; try searching for
osx86.
any instructions for dual-booting with mac hardware will be different, because in those cases the EFI takes over instead of the mbr/bios.
be aware that installing on a pc may only cause you grief if you don't have exactly the same hardware as what has gone into a mac at one point or another.
