| | Receiving a "CD/DVD drivers not found" error I am currently using a: Gateway GM5478 Intel Core 2 Quad Processor Q660 Windows Vista 32 bit I read that my chip set is able to handle a 64 bit OS and I purchased the 64 bit version of windows 7. When I boot from the disk it loads up and begins the setup installation, but as its starting I receive an error stating "CD/DVD drivers not installed." I am using an ASUS DVD drive and installed the latest drivers and am still receiving the error... any suggestions? |
