Windows 7 build 7600 not Genuine

I bought a new Dell PC in November and it went up,the Dell techs have been here and installed the Motherboard and hard drive 2 times, this last time everything seemed to be ok and I restored my lost programs. Now 2 days later I am getting a notice in the bottom right of screen --"windows 7 build 7600 this copy of windows is not genuine". Is there a way for me to fix this or is Dell going to have to install a new hd again and Iwill have to reinstall everything again?? Any Ideas???

If it doesn't need activating as Pebbly suggests, then Run a Repair Install to reset activation and sort out any other issues.
