Hello Bero, and welcome to Seven Forums.
In addition, you can use the Clean All command in a command prompt at boot to completely wipe the hard drive without the need for a 3rd party program.
Hope this helps,

Is there only one Hard Drive in the machine? If so you'll need to run the Diskpart CLEAN command from Windows 7 or Vista install DVD.
Boot the DVD, select Repair on second screen, click through to Recovery Tools list to open a Command Line, type:
DISKPART
LIST DISK
SELECT DISK # (replace # with # given for your Windows 7 HD)
CLEAN ALL
EXIT
This is the deepest clean. if the disk is large it will take hours. If you don't want to wait remove the word "ALL" from Command.
Edit: The commands are explained more fully in Brink's tutorial just posted

Shawn I wonder how this works if you apply it to C. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number HP, Dell, Gateway, Toshiba - 4 laptops and 2 desktops OS Vista, Windows7, Mint Mate, Zorin, Windows 8 CPU from 1.6GHz Duo to i7 Monitor(s) Displays 2x HP w2207 Keyboard with trackball - no mices Mouse Trackball mice Hard Drives 5x HDD, 7x SSD, 12x Externals Internet Speed DSL 6000 |

Thank you If you find that you can't "clean yourself" using DiskPart, then
Make yourself a system repair disk,
boot from the system repair disk
If you get a screen with two radio buttons shown, choose the default (top) one.
Now choose Command Prompt from that menu.
Now you will be able to use Diskpart to CLEAN ALL
What happens is that the repair disk has installed a mini version of Windows 7 into ram and made that area a ram drive with the letter of X: CREATE A SYSTEM REPAIR DISK START | type System Repair | Enter key | Create Disk button | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Toshiba Satellite S875D-S7239 laptop OS MS Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 64-bit CPU AMD A10-4600M Motherboard AMD Pumori (Socket FT1) Memory 6.00 GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 798MHz (11-11-12-28) Graphics Card AMD Radeon HD 7660G Sound Card High Definition Audio Device Monitor(s) Displays Generic PnP Monitor (1600x900@60Hz) Screen Resolution 1600x900@60Hz Keyboard Standard PS/2 Keyboard Mouse HP Wireless Optical Mobile Mouse Model FHA-3410 Hard Drives SSD 119GB Corsair CSSD-V128GB2 ATA Device Internet Speed What the local pub, local coffee shop offers.
