Hi.

If it's new it should have a recovery partition? If you fill in your System Specs perhaps someone can show you how to run it.

Many need an clean copy of Windows 7 installer to overcome corrupting factory bloatware which makers enforce now as it provides their only profit margin. Both OEM and retail use the same installer, and will activate with Product Key on COA sticker after a robocall to sort exact key from batch.

Borrow a DVD of your version from a friend to copy, or download from the internet guarding against infection by rightclick scanning with AV, checking that nothing is added by verifying official hash checksums with Hashtab.

Create Windows 7 Universal ISO With All Editions Selection On Install with ei.cfg Removal Utility My Digital Life

The installer is nearly driver complete with newer arriving quickly via optional Windows Updates. You can find any missing drivers and favorite apps on the maker's Support Downloads webpage for your model, Adobe (reader, flash) and Java (runtime, free Ofc Suite) websites.

Those with HP recovery disks can extract favorite apps using this: HP 3rd Party Software After Clean Win 7 Install which also works on some other models.
