win 7 32 bit & 64 bit dual booting

can i dual boot (with a prompt to choose) with Windows 7 32 bit & Windows 7 64 bit.
(would i have to purchase 2 licenses)

if the reply is yes (to dual boot) , then, if i opt to boot with 64 bit, could i switch to 32 bit WITHOUT having to re-boot. (i.e. 64 bit to 32 bit). a few of my applications are still running only on 32 bit.

what about vice-versa , 64 bit from 32 bit (withour having to reboot)

No... you would need to reboot when switching versions as the OS needs to reload the drivers..
