Two Taskbars on Install?

open command prompt (run as admin) and type:
sfc /scannow

If that doesn't help, try a repair install. If that still doesnt work, then do a new install.

Don't know if this will work, but try opening task manager and killing explorer.exe and restart the process manually and see if that solves your problem.

Searched google, similar to your problem but not the same.

I suggest you download CCleaner and scan for corrupt or most likely duplicate registry files, and then run a full scan with Malwarebytes.

If neither of these work, this is one confusing issue
I think the only other possibilities is that it is a corrupt installation, or a pirated version of Windows has gone wrong.

That bad stick also causes my AMD display driver when using it with a good install, in case any of you are having problems with that. RAM actually causes all kinds of problems that can seem unrelated. All that information is passed through the RAM so corrupt RAM can easily lead to corrupt installations or failures altogether(like the 0x80070570 error).
