    Log results

Setuperr.log might reveal is causing the prob - usually the last entry is useful..
I viewed the setuperr.log - empty. The setupact.log had a couple of warnings in it:

    Wm_Keyup for 13 key on 0
    Wm_Keyup for 9 key on 1
    Wm_Keyup for 9 key on 2
(no idea what that means - anyone?)

    Finally:
Input install: Not a PS2 device
(believe that is when I put my usb w/ drivers in the slot.

Not a lot to go on.

Installing to HDD did not work either

Just a thought. Pull the SSD and attempt install to HDD only. Adjust BIOS accordingly.
Tried the HDD install, no joy. Have to go talk to the retail shop that sold me the DVD and see if I can get do-over on purchase. THAT'S going to be fun....

    Similar Config and Problems

Did @BuckNutTexan you ever resolve this problem. I've tried everything...

    See my post - GA-X58A-UD3R rev 2 + SSD + RAID 1 (BSOD & Disk Boot Failure)) - Gigabyte - Motherboards-Memory

SSD as primary + RAID 1 HDD + GA-X58A-UD3R rev 2; BSOD, Random Shut-Downs, etc. I assumed a H/W issue with the MOBO.
