I think this is what you want,

just paste this into any Explorer address bar and hit Enter:

shell:::{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}

Then you can make a shortcut of it and many shortcuts of any entry too (right click on the entry). I have made an assortment of those into a toolbar (renamed them to shorter names though).

Hmm tried pasting it and it didn't work

I have done it before last time I made a new folder and just pasted it and then it worked.

It works. I just tried it. Make sure you get the whole thing and do not miss e.g. the end bracket.
