    Welcome!

Could you upload the dmp files for us, if you can boot up in safe mode? https://www.sevenforums.com/crash-loc...d-problem.html

I suspect memory. Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder. Boot from the CD, and run at least 5 passes.

Also test your hard drive. HD Diagnostic

Did you clean the HD first, if no.

Try a full clean & full format.
Disk - Clean and Clean All with Diskpart Command

    1) Boot DVD.
    2) Press Shift+F10 (for command prompt)

    Type in command line
    DISKPART
    LIST DISK
SELECT DISK # (win 7 HD)
    CLEAN ALL
    CREATE PARTITION PRIMARY
    SELECT PARTITION 1
    ACTIVE
    FORMAT=NTFS
    ASSIGN
    EXIT
    EXIT

Make sure you are booting from the DVD first. It sounds like it is trying to boot from the hard drive.

Make sure USB is set to boot first in your BIOS. Also, how did you make your USB installation key?

See this tutorial if you haven't already. I recommend option 2.

You can disconnect the other drive before you install.
