I have 2 external drives.the folders on 1 are z-a organized & the other a-z
Anyone knows how to make them display the same?

Open Explorer and select hard drive.
When the screen opens in Explorer go to the top of the big window and left mouse click on the NAME BAR above the directory titles.
It should change to A to Z. Click it again and it will go Z to A
