Windows 7: Missing Partition

Missing Partition

Basically, I used the EASEUS tool to resize my partition and it all went wrong. After reboot it gave me an error message and when windows opened up all I have is my Windows system partition with 16.1GB out of the 500GB harddrive. It doesn't open partition manager as windows\system32\mmc.exe specified path does not exist. Neither does the diskpart.exe. I just bought this harddrive about a month ago and everything was fine. The biggest problem is that I am not able to do any work at the moment, and I do not have money to buy a new harddrive. Is there a way to simply create a new partition for all my files (I really don't even care if I loose what I lost anymore as long as its fixed) Or even recover the partition itself?

Find and Mount

Go to Partition Find and Mount: Download and DL and install Find and Mount. This free app will locate and restore your deceased ancestors! It has a 512KB/sec data transfer limit which is fine for recovering docs, MP3s, JPEGs, etc. which is more often than not all that you need (you can simply reinstall your OS and apps).

Disk Management

As suggested by Madmansam, does the partition show up in Disk Management? Before anything else, the BIOS and the OS first have to "see" the partition - which Explore/My computer may not see.

I used a partition manger of a boot CD and it recognized an extended partition and windows one both 400000GB which are the same one as well as the system partition, so the boot programs recognize it, but windows does not...
