Sorry, but this cannot be done. Unlike many varients of Linux, where there are live versions available that can be run directly without installing on the main system, Windows 7 currently does not have such versions available. Consequently, unlike Linux, Windows 7 cannot be installed so as to run off a USB drive. It has to be installed on the system itself.
