    Win 7 Installation!

Right, I think the time has come to reformat my beloved Win7 installation to make it uber fast again! The only problem is i dont have a cd drive! I have a Win 7 CD but not a drive on my laptop!!!
I was thinking i could create an Iso then mount it on my laptop as a virtual cd, would that work??
If not would i then have to make a bootable usb stick? From the iso of the win 7 dvd?
THanks guys for all your help!
