win 7 rc1 very last minute install error - memory

Everything goes fine until the very last 'tick' then I get a memory error message. I've tried googling the error but no reference. Has anyone encountered this please?

just installed again and i have th error message on 63% BUT the 'transferring files settings and programs counter is still going up. At present 370371 of 474703. Still have the error 'set up can't continue your computer will now restart and your previous version of windows will be restored' but not clicked on ok yet. will post what happens next.
