New installed Windows 7 - loooong boot time

Hi.
I have installed Windows 7 from scratch, because of an error in the old installation, but this new installation is not running smooth either. I have the old MS-tool "Bootvis.exe", but it won't run in Windows 7 64bit, so I don't know how to monitor the boot sequence. I have the small program "Autoruns", and it shows me hundreds of things, but no timing is attached, so I can't find it this way. Well, here is the facts:

Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit installed on a Intel X-25M SSD
2 Samsung F1 1Tbyte HDDs
Core quard Q9550 @3,4 Ghz
4Gb ram Corsair PC6400
X-fi Fata1ty gamer extreme
Powerpoint HD5850 graphic
Gigabyte P35 DS4
Intel Gigabit CT netadapter (onboard net gives a low performance to/from my NAS)

When booting it stops for nearly 30 seconds after i shows the "new flag boot" window, I can hear it has little access to one (or both??) HDDs, and the HDD-LED is light up, but nothing happens. I have moved TEMP-files away from C:\ to a folder on one of the HDDs to avoid too much writing on my SSD, so maybe it is this it is doing on the HDD??

The old installation was on the exact same HW, and the Windows 7 64bit Ultimate DVD was the same. The old installation did not have this annoying delay. My first idea was that Kaspersky KIS2010 did this, but I have tried uninstalling it, and this does not change the delay.

Which tool can I use like the old "BootVis.exe" in Windows 7? Or is there another way to find this issue?

Everything in the PC is up to date with drivers.

So I'm stuck here. What can I try next?

Try bootlogging switch... It should log any weird or stuck driver upon load...

Where do I find the bootlogging switch? (my Windows 7 is in danish, so please give a full path, or I might have troubble finding it, TIA)

I have now tried and it does not show any time for each, so I'm not sure which it is, but I do have some problems (or at least it is unknown to me)

Did not load driver \SystemRoot\System32\drivers\vga.sys - I guess, this is not a problem, as I have ATI-driver installed for my HD 5850?

All others loads without errors, but I don't know the names of most of them, and nor do I know how long it takes to load every single one of them.

Any ideas?

All drivers are the newest WHQL certified drivers, except for my Creative X-Fi as I can't find any WHQL certified driver for this.

Problem is not related to Kaspersky KIS, I think. In the old installation Kaspersky was there, and in this new installation the bootproblem is here regardless if KIS is installed or not.

The bootproblem is here even when starting in "safe mode", so it seems like it is not a 3.part software?

I don't use any network manager at all, not even the one that came with my Intel net-adapter.
In the system healthreport (created as you guided me :)) it says, that a "home grouping service stopped unwanted with an unknown error (my translation, as English is not my first language).
I think I can remember something about a boot/shutdown monitor in Windows 7 RC1, where Windows gave some info if a service or a program took too long time to start or shutdown, but I can't remember how to find it or how to use it. Or maybe it is not even there any more?
