low disk space after recovery

    Severed solo - I'm afraid I can't at the moment as I'm on my work laptop, not the one that is causing the problems. I'll see if I can do this later but I'm not at home at the moment.

    Im sorry cbomf forget i said anything :) I just realised it is going to be absolutely no help at all because the idea i had won't work in your case as you have no space on C

    Of course if you want to post the screenshot anyway it could come in handy later

    No problem, thanks for the effort - quite why my drive capacities are set the way they are is beyond me - I've now got 325Mb free which is a working minimum from what I gather. Re-partitioning seems the only option and that means backing everything up first.
