Vista to 7 Pro upgrade - Dell install disk on Toshiba

hey guys, so we've got a bunch of Windows 7 Pro factory install disks (Dell) at work and since we run XP there, the 7's were a free for all...needless to say, I was able to install the 7 upgrade from Vista on my Toshiba Satellite E105. I checked the 'Computer' properties and I see that I now have 14 days to activate windows. Could I use the key from my previous Vista to upgrade to 7 or would I need to reinstall vista ? Thanks!
