Are you booting from the dvd or are you launching it from within win 7??

Is it a win 7 dvd or restore dvd?

Try a full clean & full format.
Disk - Clean and Clean All with Diskpart Command
Partition or Volume - Delete
Partition or Volume - Create New

1) Boot DVD.
2) Press Shift+F10 (for command prompt)

Type in command line
DISKPART
LIST DISK OR List Volume (If you have partitions)
SELECT DISK # (win HD)
CLEAN ALL
CREATE PARTITION PRIMARY
SELECT PARTITION 1
ACTIVE
FORMAT=NTFS
ASSIGN
EXIT
EXIT

Before you reinstall Windows 7 because it is blocking your AV install, try installing Microsoft Security Essentials - which is the expert's choice amongst free AV's, lightweight, installs in 30 seconds and operates invisibly unlike the bloated paid AV solutions.

Just uninstall whatever you've attempted so far, go here and install in 30 seconds: Microsoft Security Essentials - Free software downloads and software reviews - CNET Download.com

Hi.
The DVD is windows home premium. This is installed in,and format is the first time to do in this PC
Start by pressing F12 boot begins regular Windows is loading files,
it ends, but not displayed that says, Install Windows, is not only black screen and nothing done.

Moi!

If I understand you correctly, your main issue is that you can not install the antivirus software, or rather that Windows does not work after installing it. Could you please tell what antivirus you have been trying to install?

In my opinion we could first try to solve this issue, and thereafter look at the issue with non functioning install media.

Xhimi, under your avatar is the flag of Finland. Normally users choose to show the flag of their native country, that's why I assumed you are a Finn. If you are, please post in Finnish and I translate it here.

If you can boot, at least to Safe Mode, do as Gregrocker told you in post #4 in this thread.

If the computer does not boot at all, follow Theog's advice in post #3 earlier this thread.
