Windows 7 "No BOOTMGR"

OK, so I recently dualbooted Fedora 13 with Windows 7 already installed. I decided to use GRUB for the bootmanager. Fedora works perfect, but now when I try to go into Win 7, its shows:

No BOOTMGR
Press Ctrl-Alt-Delete to Reboot

Help?
Can I save my precious data?
I've also posted this in the Fedora forums.
