Windows 7: How can I delete Auto Super Grub from showing up on boot?

I once used Auto Super Grub to try to fix a boot problem of mine. But it didn't work, so I just reformatted my computer. however, Auto Super Grub still shows up on my boot screen, so I have to choose between Windows 7 and Auto Super Grub even though Auto Super Grub was uninstalled a long time ago.

Then bsdedit shows me 7 as a option, but also shows Auto Super Grub






How can I delete Auto Super Grub from showing up on boot?

What happened:
1. I installed Linux on my D partition with win 7 on my C partition
2. I didn't like the grub menu and wanted the windows startup menu instead so I used Super Grub
3. I used the help process (don't remember it exactly, but had something to do with fixing windows mbr)
4. Said it was successful and needed to reboot.
5. Upon reboot, it said something about not being able to boot and "press any key to restart"... and if you press any key, it just repeated that message. This appears right after Bios load.
6. So I boot linux off a USB and reformatted/reinstalled linux on my D partition, so I had grub back again
7. I reinstalled win 7 and thus the win 7 boot screen came back, but Auto Boot Grub Disk still appeared as a startup option
8. I removed linux from D partition and reformatted D to be ntfs
9. Still currrent problem persists

Well jayce do you have a 7 dvd or repair cd made up? When first booting from the installation or upgrade disk or with a repair cd you go into the repair tools while booted live and open up the command prompt as one option. The other being the automatic startup repair wouldn't be needed.

Once the 7 installation is detected and you enter into the screen with the list of options the last at the bottom is for the command prompt where you simply type: "bootrec /fixmbr" or "bootrec /fixboot" if the first doesn't see the mbr entries rewritten for 7 only. If startup problems are seen the automatic startup repair or while at the command prompt the "bootsect /nt60 SYS" command will repair the boot files and information.
