Windows 7 - Windows live messenger video issues

| | Windows live messenger video issues Hi I have a new system which runs windows 7. When using live messenger the audio works fine both ways but the video only works on the incoming side the outgoing screen is grey. The web cam was taken from my old XP system and it still works fine on this. It is a Creative Labs IM pro web cam. Can any one offer any suggestions Thanks Ray |

| | Hi I used the installation disc which came with the cam but it does not say which systems it supports, It is around 3 years old Thanks tilly49 |
