Can't back to Separate HDD getting error Message 0x8000031
The other day I set up window back up to create a system image on a separate HDD inside my PC. The back up ran okay, but then after I set the back up I then encrypted the drive using MS Bitlocker, but I noticed today that since I done that windows wont back up. What I done then to try to rectify the proble was to format the HDD which then removed the encryption, and then I tried to create a new back up but to no avail, I keep getting error message 0x81000031.
What can I do to get windows back up to be able to use this drive again and also is it possible for windows back up to create a back up on an encrypted drive cause if not then I wont bother trying to encrypt again.
