Windows 7 64 Slow Performance

    I had the exact same problem with my windows 7 with the S5520SC motherboard, plz let me know how you can resolve this.

    For future reference of people googling this problem, the issue is due to the network drivers on certain intel motherboards causing the strange CPU spike pattern.

    Fix is to disable one of the network ports, or update your network drivers from:
    http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Deta...&DwnldID=18388
    (currently links to http://downloadmirror.intel.com/1838...v16.5-whql.zip )
