    Installation problems.

Ok im trying to do a clean install of windows 7. I have another topic below this but that problem is now solved.

I have done about 3 fresh installs already(meaning i deleted the partitions made new ones formatted etc) They all go through the installation process but once i get to "starting services" or whatever it says screen i have been having numerous problems. One was a 0200000xc error or something like that. One was "the computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error windows installation cannot proceed" This is the error i am at now.

Edit Now i got a "Windows cannot find the installation source"

Edit again now i got a black screen saying windows boot manager. In it it says windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause It then tells me to do system repair which ive done tons of times.

Anyway it also says "File \windows\system32\DRIVERS\storvsc.sys" Then on the bottom of that it says "status 0xc00000e9" Info windows failed to load because a critical system driver is missing,or corrupt.

Any help? Im trying to install the 64bit version in case anyone wanted to know. I need my laptop for school so i need to fix it as soon as possible.

Ok so i went to the microsoft site. I redownloaded the RC 7100 iso. Reburnt at 2x speed with imgburn on dvd-r media. Tht installation seemed to go smoothly. Got all the way to Setting up computer for 1st time or something like that then i get a error saying "Windows could not be installed on this computer. To install windows restart the installation"

arrrrrrrrrg. My laptop is more then capable of running windows 7. Here are my specs.
Toshiba Satellite L305-S5907 15.4-Inch Laptop (2.0 GHz Intel Pentium Dual Core T3200 Processor, 4 GB RAM, 320 GB Hard Drive, DVD Drive, Vista Premium)

I just copied this from the website. Any help?

Edit. WOW. Ok so after i got the "windows cant be installed" error i clicked to restart my computer. Instead of booting from cd again i decided to see what it would say when i restarted. To my suprise i get to the create a account screen. I created my account went through the rest of windows setup and finally came to the desktop. Right there i created a system repair disk. I then downloaded firefox installed it and restarted my computer to see if it will work. IT DOES! LOL. Don't know how it happened but i have a fresh windows 7100 on my laptop now!

    Hi Phillyrider807

I also got a Toshiba satelite, but a smaller model,
so if you got an "unknown device" issue in device Manager
that u just cant figure out,
it probably could be due to a driver called "Password Utility".

    It drived me NUTS!

And if u dont, then good u got it working. :-D
