Hello everybody, I can't put the Windows Media Player 12 on the Startbar (look like in Windows Vista).

How to put WMP on StartBar in Windows 7?

The option is not there yet but there is a tiny skin mode that alpha blends which begs the question "Why not just make a media player gadget?" Like this:




And you can still control it from the taskbar:

The new taskbar offers some possibilities for controlling your music via WMP. You can skip songs and play/pause from the taskbar.
