Help me restrict WMP12 library access

In my Windows 7 PC video "Library" , I only have 1 file that it sees. It's labeled movies. When I'm done watching a movie I remove it from my movies folder and put in a folder I've labeled "already seen movies". I've put "share with nobody" for this file under properties but when I drag a movie from my library movie folder and put it into my "already seen" movie folder, the file "already seen" video folder is there in video folders that WMP12 sees along with the movie inside it.This is a problem for me because I'm using WMP12 as a media server to my WDTVlive movie player and I want to be able to move movies I've already seen into a folder that won't show up when I click "all video" from WDTV. I can delete the "already seen" file from within WMP12 and that removes the view from my WDTV but the next time I drag a movie into it from my movie library file the file "already seen movies" reappears. Can I setup a folder that WMP12 can't see so I can drag my movies in it and I won't have to see them anymore on WDTV? I'm forced to use an external media server option because WDTV's native share option plays choppy video. The problem of this is WMP12 will only sort video files by name and not by date which I'd prefer.
