Choppy live TV with Media Center and Windows 7.

    Hi,
I have a new computer hpe-150 with Windows 7, 64 bits. When I try to look at the TV with Media Center, it is very choppy and the colors are a kind of pale purple. The problem springs from the computer because with the same TV on my previous computer with Vista 32 bits it works fine. I have read several threads about this topic but none really could solve the issue.
    Thanks.

Yes, this is exactly my computer, I watch the TV through the internet. It is really jerky and stutters very much with this computer.

I'll fill my specs during the day,

    Thanks.

I have perhaps not well described how is the image, rather than stuttering it is a problem with the colors which are pixilated , eventhough the pictures jump quite a lot every 2 seconds.
Could it be a problem with the cable I use for connecting the box (adapter) to the computer which only works well with the first computer and not with the second?
