Windows 7: There has to be an easier way to map channels!

There has to be an easier way to map channels!

So I have a Hauppauge HVR-1850 with 1 Analog and 1 Digital Tuner. It was working fine until some of the analog channels got screwed up. Then I discovered QAM. But it would not map correctly with the Hauppauge and WMC and you had to manually add each channel. Then I purchased an Avermedia Duet with two digital tuners (split internally from one input)

So now I have 4 tuners
1 Digital Hauppauge
1 Analog Hauppauge
2 Digital Avermedia

Split cable to Avermedia for QAM & Hauppauge for analog
Connected ATSC to Hauppauge Digital.

WMC is not even picking up any analog channels anymore. And the QAM still requires excessive manual fiddling.

My Samsung Television is picking up both analog and qam together and removing the encrypted channels perfectly.

Guide Tool plugin is great for merging and renaming but unfortunately you cannot add channels through it.

This seems so tedious - is there another way.... Anyway to import settings?

I dont know if I want to start dealing with the learning curve of importing xml stuff.

I wish my tuners and WMC would work like my Samsung tv tuner.
