Thanks for the quick reply. Well, I will wait, so. Or better, let them out of Media Center, to maintain it out of access of the boys.

Congratulations from Brazil, and thanks for this excelent software.

But I have a new Sata hd and more ram to come, in the next month. :)

    Hello all,

I downloaded the software. I followed the recommendations in the forum.
It seems that the software works, it downloads information about the films.
But it seems that at this stage only posters.
Is it supposed to download more content, such as summary, and other information about the film.
Maybe I acted wrong? Is it possible to add content manually?

    Thank you very much.

    Hi Alex,

Yammm downloads a DVDID.XML file and a yammm000(ish) file which is downloaded to c:\users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\eHome

Once you run Media Center, open 'Movies' and click a movie file, Windows will proceed to download information for 'Summary', 'Similar Movies', 'Actors' etc.

It can take some time so please be patient.

I did everything as you say.

Still seems that the file is empty.

Hi Alex, sorry for not having responded sooner. I haven't checked the site in a few days, I've been busy getting the new version done. The xml file you quoted above is exactly what should be in the movie file. The ID corresponds to another file that Media Center uses as the cache file for metadata. Can you confirm that in Yammm you've checked all the accounts you want metadata provided for on the Metadata tab? If so, check the %AppData%\Microsoft\eHome\DvdInfoCache folder for a corresponding YAMMM000-00003488.xml file.

I thank you for your response.

In the attached picture you can see the file list. File exists.

Thanks Alex, the file you shown above was not created by Yammm, it was created as a placeholder by Media Center since the file did not exist. Either Yammm is not configured properly or an error is occurring. Can you check your Event Log for errors and post a screenshot of the Metadata tab in Yammm Config.
