Loss of audio with WTV to DVRMS conversion...

I have no clue why this has happened, but when I convert TV shows from WTV to DVRMS (using the right click thing on Windows 7) from the local FOX affiliate here there's no audio being played on the DVRMS file. It was working fine last night and I've tried multiple programs on that same channel and get the same result. Oddly enough the other HD channels I recorded a part of a program on had no sound issues when converting. Any ideas?

EDIT: Noticed that when a program in 5.1 it converts fine. Additionally if the program before was in 5.1 and the program I'm recording next isn't (since I set the program to record 4 minutes before the time scheduled), the conversion still works fine. It's just when I edit a program coming from another program that had 2.0 AC3 audio I have issues. The audio plays fine on the WTV file, but when it converts to DVR-MS it plays nothing. It shows AC3 2.0 for the audio, but no sound.

I also noticed that the AC3 track used to be listed as "Dolby Surround" and not "2.0". Don't know if maybe the station did something different with the way they put out the audio and maybe that's the issue?
