Recorded TV

I recorded a show that was 3 hours long and in HD. I want to check the size of this file, and if I can get it on a DVD disk or maybe an external hard drive.

The default storage location for recorded media is "C:\Users\Public\Recorded TV"
Not totally sure what you where asking, so if I misunderstood just let me know and I'll try again.

Also, can I move that file to an external hard drive? Drag and Drop? its 17 GB!

Yeah, as long as it's a NTFS external drive you can copy the file over. If it's a Fat32 the file wont go on the drive because of it's size.
