Recorded TV doesnt show up for a few days on other devices

Sorry if this has been addressed before, but I could not find anything similar. I just decided to configure my PS3's on my other tv's to see WMC on my main HTPC. I record a lot on the HTPC and want to be able to watch my recordings wherever I am in the house. But, I have noticed that while the HTPC can watch any show that was recorded, the other devices cannot seem to see recordings for about 3-4 days. I tried with my other computer in the house (WinXP) and it does not see newly recorded shows either in the recorded tv folder. Yet on the HTPC running WMC, they show up in the recording list and are all available to watch. This is quite frustrating and seems rather odd. Is there a refresh setting somewhere or some DRM causing this on the WMC pc?

Or maybe there is some sort of configuration I am missing in the PS3 that would cause what they see to refresh quicker? Seems odd that shows to eventually show up in the recorded TV lists after a few days.

HTPC rarely gets turned off and normally just boots for patches. PS3's get turned off when not used.

Running Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit. Can post specific hardware if needed, though not sure how hardware would cause this.
