Windows 7: How do I get WMP to start DVD where I last stopped it?

When I used Windows Vista, Windows Media Player would automatically start playing my DVD from the last point I stopped it. This isn't the case with Windows 7. I watch a lot of TV episodes on DVD and it's annoying to constantly have to start from the root menu and FF to get the last part I had been watching. Anyone know how I can fix this?

i know this isnt exactly what you want, but WMC does resume, have you tried using Windows Media Centre?

There is also a resume plugin out there "in the wild" but it's made for mobile Windows versions so it probably won't work on Windows 7

When you stop the DVD do you use the stop button or the pause. If you're stopping it, maybe try pause instead.
